Hi, I’m Azza, and I’m incredibly excited to share my journey and passion with you. After spending years as an HR manager and a teacher, I realised my true calling was to advocate for something that deeply matters to me—equality, diversity, and inclusion. As a mixed race, gay, and neurodiverse woman, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges that come with discrimination in both personal and professional settings. I know how isolating it can feel, and I also know that things need to change.

That’s why I’m so proud to be offering these workshops—not just to educate, but to bring people together, encourage personal growth, and create spaces where everyone can feel seen, heard, and respected.
