Person-Centred Online Therapy Counselling with Jade

About me & how I work

I’m a BACP-registered therapist offering counselling in Burton upon Trent and online, across the UK and internationally. I work with adults and professionals who are neurodivergent (including autistic and ADHD adults) and/or LGBTQIA+, providing a warm, collaborative and affirming space to explore life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling anxious, burnt out, stuck or navigating change, I offer medium- to long-term therapy at a pace that feels right for you, helping you better understand yourself and move forward with greater confidence and authenticity.

I can help with:

Anxiety and stress

Burnout and overwhelm

Autism and ADHD (diagnosed or exploring)

Neurodivergence

LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy

Identity exploration

Life transitions and uncertainty

Low self-esteem and confidence

Masking and people-pleasing

Feeling stuck or lost

Personal growth and self-understanding

Finding the right therapist can feel like quite the journey, and I totally understand that it might be a bit daunting.

Hi there! I’m Jade, and I’m here to offer you a warm and welcoming space where you can dive into your thoughts and feelings without any worries about being judged. My approach is built on the idea that you’re the expert on your life.

My job is to support you in understanding yourself better, making sense of your experiences, and discovering your own path forward.

What’s Therapy with Me Like?

I aim to keep things relaxed, collaborative, and flexible so that therapy fits seamlessly into your life, because let’s be honest, life can get a bit messy sometimes! We’ll have our sessions online or over the phone, allowing you to chat from wherever you feel most comfortable.

What to Expect in Your Initial Session

My Approach

As a person-centred counsellor, I take a flexible and tailored approach that puts you at the centre of the process. Therapy with me isn’t about labels or quick fixes; it’s about creating a nurturing environment where you feel truly heard, validated, and empowered. Since sessions are led by you, we can work at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. It’s really important to me that therapy feels like a comfortable and welcoming experience, especially if you’re new to this.
