Finding the right therapist can feel like quite the journey, and I totally understand that it might be a bit daunting. 

Hi there! I’m Jade, a friendly and qualified person-centred counsellor. I’m here to offer you a warm and welcoming space where you can dive into your thoughts and feelings without any worries about being judged. My approach is built on the idea that you’re the expert when it comes to your life. 

My job? To support you in understanding yourself better, making sense of your experiences, and discovering your own path forward. 

What’s Therapy with Me Like? 

I aim to keep things relaxed, collaborative, and flexible so that therapy fits seamlessly into your life—because let’s be honest, life can get a bit messy sometimes! We’ll have our sessions online or over the phone, allowing you to chat from wherever you feel most comfortable.

My Approach

As a person-centred counsellor, I take a flexible and tailored approach that puts you at the centre of the process. Therapy with me isn’t about labels or quick fixes; it’s about creating a nurturing environment where you feel truly heard, validated, and empowered. Since sessions are led by you, we can work at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. It’s really important to me that therapy feels like a comfortable and welcoming experience, especially if you’re new to this. 

Who Do I Work With? 

I mainly support young adults and those who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-doubt, stress, and feelings of being overwhelmed. My practice is both neurodivergent-friendly and LGBTQ+ affirming, so I strive to provide a safe and inclusive space for everyone. Some common topics we could explore together include: 

- Anxiety, stress, and overthinking 

- Low self-esteem and self-doubt 

- Feeling lost, stuck, or uncertain about your direction 

- Burnout and life pressures 

- Navigating relationships and setting healthy boundaries 

- Exploring neurodivergence and identity 

How Therapy Works

I currently offer online and telephone therapy, making it easy for you to connect from wherever you’re comfortable. Sessions are 60 minutes, and I’m open to both short-term and longer-term work based on what suits your needs.
