Your privacy is very important to us, and you can be confident that your personal information will be kept safe and secure, and will only be used for the purpose it was given to us. We adhere to current data protection legislation.
This privacy notice tells you what we will do with your personal information from the initial point of contact, through to services ending.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, for one of the following reasons:

- Requesting for us to contact you back
- Currently using our services
Your personal information will be collected in order for us to satisfy your enquiry or provide our services. If you decide not to proceed after an enquiry, it is assured that all of your personal data will be deleted within one month. However, if you would like this information deleted sooner, than please do make contact in order for us to prioritise this.

- to our IT providers and others who provide us with support services so that we can comply with our contractual obligations to you
- to any appointed accountants, lawyers or other professional advisors if they require access to the information in order to advise us
- if required to do so by any legal requirement

How we store your personal information
Your information will always be securely stored electronically, and securely secured in password protected files or documents for adequate safety.
We will keep your name and contact details for as long as we are providing services to you. If our services provided to you come to an end, then we will permanently delete your personal information within two months of the end date of our services to you, unless otherwise stated by you or unless otherwise needed for other purposes such a tax filing or accountancy.
After your enquiry is sent, if you no longer wish to proceed or do not respond to us within one month of our reply to you, then any personal information we hold of you, will be permanently deleted from our electronic records within one month.
